Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi met Tony West, Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Uber, during a US Chamber of Commerce gala dinner in Washington DC on Thursday, During the discussion, West reaffirmed Uber's ongoing commitment to the Egyptian market: "Egypt is one of our fastest growing and dynamic markets. This year, we proudly reached a milestone of completing 500 million rides, helping millions of riders move across cities and creating more than 700 thousand economic opportunities for Egyptians.
